Sell your home? |

Before you sell your home, maybe you would let me try to talk you out of it. First, let me explain. I love selling homes and all that goes with the process: creating a video tour , editing pictures, making brochures, analyzing area sales, holding open houses, negotiating offers, etc. However, I want to help people sell their homes only when it is their best option for reaching their personal and financial goals. A home can be such a strong investment that often it makes the best sense to hold onto it. Maybe your reasons for selling are so straightforward there is no reason to not sell. However, let’s make sure that selling is your best move before you get a sign in your yard. |
